1.6. Installation
1.6.1. Access to your stand
Bare surfaces
The halls will be accessible to the exhibitors concerned and their installers from Saturday 6 March at 10 am.
Final set-up operations, including cleaning and removal of goods and empty packaging, must be completed by Monday 8 March at 9 pm.
1.6.2. Delivery, storage and collection of goods and materials
Lille Grand Palais will not handle parcel reception on-site prior to the event, nor material storage during the Exhibition. Consequently, on-site parcel delivery will only be possible starting from Saturday 6 March. Any parcel delivered before this date may be refused or returned to the sender. Furthermore, the organizers decline all responsibility in the event of loss, theft, or damage to parcels or material transported to the venue.
To assist you with your shipments, the INCYBER Forum organization has renewed its partnership with the transport company ESI Group for the storage, delivery to stands, and return of your goods. For identification and logistics flow management purposes, we highly recommend using ESI to transport your goods to the exhibition. Please note: for unloading vehicles of decorators and exhibitors arriving directly on-site who require the use of mechanized forklifts, it is mandatory to use ESI services.

1.6.3. Stands surveillance
Lille Grand Palais is responsible for the general surveillance of the Exhibition in the best possible conditions but cannot provide security for each stand.
Exhibitors whose stands require specific surveillance must order the service directly from Lille Grand Palais via an order form to be downloaded from the partner area.
If they do not order or do not provide for specific surveillance, exhibitors are responsible for their stand and must take the necessary measures to protect their equipment and remove it at the end of the INCYBER Forum (Thursday 11 March).
1.6.4. Insurance
The INCYBER organization declines all responsibility for theft, loss and damage that may occur during the installation and during the event. The exhibitor undertakes to take out all the necessary insurance policies, in particular those concerning the theft of the goods presented, so as to cover all risks of any kind.
1.6.5. Stands cleaning and maintenance
General cleaning services will be carried out at four key times during the event:
- Monday 8 March (evening, before opening): removal of carpet protection, cardboard and waste disposal.
- Tuesday 9 March (evening, after public closing): cleaning of aisles and common areas (excluding stands).
- Wednesday 10 March (evening, after public closing): cleaning of aisles and common areas (excluding stands).
- Friday 12 March (morning, after dismantling): full cleaning of the exhibition halls.
Stand cleaning
If you require specific cleaning services for your stand, you must place an order directly with Lille Grand Palais using the “Cleaning” order form available in your partner area.
Without an additional order on your part, only floor cleaning will be carried out.
1.7. Dismantling
Dismantling and goods removal may begin no earlier than the end of INCYBER, on Thursday 11 March from 6:00 PM and up to 1:00 AM on Friday.
Equipped stands will also begin to be dismantled at that time.
The stand area must be completely cleared of all decorations, materials, and waste (such as empty packaging, wood scraps, crates, paint cans, etc.) from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Friday 12 March.
Any remaining materials or structures will be removed and disposed of by the service providers appointed by the organizer, at the exhibitor’s sole expense and risk. All uncollected items will be considered empty packages; no claims will be accepted for the loss or theft of any tools, equipment, or personal belongings that may be left inside.
If you are unable to collect your goods by Friday 12 March, please contact ESI, INCYBER’s official transport partner, or your own logistics provider to arrange collection.
The INCYBER organization cannot be held liable for any goods left on-site after the event.
2. Stand layout
2.1. Stand description
Your INCYBER partner contact will send you the exhibition plan with your location in the weeks following the contracting of your partnership.
The rental of your surface includes:
- Floor marking of the surface;
- 1 electrical box of 3kW for bare surfaces under 50m2 and 6kW for bare surfaces over 50m2. Please note that any increase in electrical power will be charged to you via the dedicated order forms.

For all technical orders, you must go directly to the Lille Grand Palais exhibitor service (order forms available in your partner area).
2.2. Electrical installations
Lille Grand Palais provides an electrical connection on each stand at the expense of the INCYBER organisation. Installation beyond the connection is the responsibility of the exhibitor. The supply of fluids is exclusive to Lille Grand Palais.
The exhibitor is responsible for the electrical installation from the switchboard delivered to its stand. It is forbidden to modify the technical characteristics of this panel (location, circuit breaker, fuses, etc.).
For safety reasons, each electrical box supplied by Lille Grand Palais can only supply one stand (unless otherwise specified).
The duration of the provision of electrical energy depends on the date of powering up defined by the organiser. Outside the opening hours of the event, the power must be cut off on all stands.
Lille Grand Palais provides a single-phase power supply up to 6kW and a three-phase 380V + neutral power supply for higher powers.
The installations comply with European standards.
The electrical panel must be permanently accessible.
It is forbidden to use:
- cables insulated for a voltage of less than 500 volts, which prohibits in particular HO3 VH II (scindex) cable;
- splices (the cables must be correctly fixed);
- connections not protected by "plexo" type junction boxes;
- multiple 2P 6A plugs or sockets with flying leads (on the other hand, multiple 2P + T 10/16 A plugs and sockets are allowed);
- lamps that do not comply with the NFC 15 150 standard.
